I can say this tab is awesom in this price segment. It has all the feature in it. it come with 4g enabled sim and monster battery. The screen quality is also good and the sound of the speakers are also good, it is good for video consumption. Over all not good for gaming but on low settings it can be played. Comparing to other in this price segment this one is best.

Speaker issue
Problem is speaker only one speaker working.... I changed... Again one speaker only working rest of performance ok good battery pack up good... All r good... Only think speaker very bad onside only working.... Seller good but this time replacement ok but same conditions

Good tab but no service..
Tab is good for educational purposes like attending online classes, zoom etc. If anything goes wrong, please do not expect any sort of technical support. No authorized service center available even in a city like Bangalore

No after sale service
My tab stopped working just after 1 year ... No authorised after sale service center found even in Jaipur like city... Now it becomes e waste

No support for service at Chennai. Not recommend for buying this products
Don't have service facility at Chennai. We are unable buy single touch screen from market and Service center also not support for change the touch screen.

The mute speaker
The speaker refuses to speak at proper sound level. for web meeting, I have to go back to older 3T10 which still works. 2nd Gen is rather slow. The old Tab has older Android and I opted for newer version but now I value the oldie much more. The biggest issue with that was that it would shut down automatically , whimsically. 2nd Gen is Value for money but way lower on efficiency delivery. Will decide whether to keep it or return it. Sad experience.
