BirkenstockKay Super Grip Leather Black - Professional Shoes for Women & Mens US M 9.0 / US L 11

First birks I’ve bought with a supergrip sole and I approve. It seems more durable the the standard sole but time will tell. The 4WD strap is a nice feature and I like the fact you can flip it to the front when in chill mode.

I wanted so much to love these shoes and I just…don’t. They’re too tight with socks and wayyy too lose barefoot. The shoe dug into the front of my ankle, and maybe after the leather softened up it wouldn’t be an issue but I don’t want to waste a buck fifty to find out they’ll always be uncomfortable. Insert sad face here.They’re very nice shoes and had a great grip on the bottom but they just weren’t for me.

I gave this item as a gift and what the other seems to like the most about it is there is an extra strap in the back of the shoe. The strap gives an additional level of support and sturdiness that other Birksenstocks don't provide. I also gave this to someone that has recently been complaining of foot pain exacerbated by walking. After wearing the shoe I haven't heard of such complaints since so it seems they really provide a good amount of foot support. The color is also great and gives the shoe a nice shininess.

Good shoe but the size is too big

I purchased size 9 (39) they never stated mens or womens. I received a 42.The clogs looked great though that is why I gave 4 stars.I then sent it back for refund.Not only did I lose $$for item they are not paying for shipping and/or customs.I paid $161 , received $135 from amazon

These look really slick, and because I’ve won Birkenstocks in a 42 for years I know to run with that size - usually I wear 9 in smart shoes or 9.5 in trainers (UK). 42 with the wide footbed is a perfect fit for me and these are so comfy I can’t compare them to NHS theatre clogs at all…

The size was a bit bigger than I would normally wear in that brand
