Fast, courteous, professional, solid part
I had a problem with the first one screwing onto my machine. I contacted them and Dan was on it immediately. Very kind, polite and professional. The second one worked as advertised and makes changing oil so much easier. Thank you for this great product and awesome customer service!!!

Makes changing a snap
Installed the hose after I changed the oil. The next time I changed the oil it made things a lot easier and avoided the mess of having oil run all over the place. I would definitely recommend this product, especially if your grain plug is hard to get to and is at a place that will allow draining oil to drain all over the machine and makes collecting the used oil difficult.
