Due to bowling most of my life, tendinitis flares up now and again between my elbow and my wrist. After watching a video about dealing with Golfer's Elbow from the AskDoctorJo YouTube channel (highly recommended) I ordered the Simien elbow brace and sleeve, and it helps immensely. The pain is not fully alleviated (only therapy will do that), but it is greatly reduced, allowing me to keep bowling and averaging over 220. Great product!

The sleeve is too thin to be useful for its designed purpose, but the brace is very good. Does what it’s supposed to do.

The sleeve part is fine and works great. The brace is just okay. The main problem we had with it is that the velcro on the brace mostly wore out within about 20 days of purchase, which was disappointing. We've gone back to using a different brace with the sleeve.

This brace has helped alleviate my elbow pain (tennis elbow). It is comfortable and you can instantly feel the relief. I have worn it at the gym and has helped me get through a work out. I ordered an XL and the strap over lapped a bit causing the Velcro strap to come undone at times when it rubbed against my duty belt. I contacted this seller Simien to order a smaller strap and they sent me a whole new one in the Large size free of charge and fast shipping. I recommend you purchase this brace. It was also highly recommended by some Chiropractors I saw on YouTube.

Reading the reviews it seemed like people kept saying this sleeve provides a lot of support, some even said instant relief. I don't know what product these people were trying but it wasn't this one. For those of you who haven't actually seen one of these and are thinking something along the lines of a thicker more supportive fabric this is akin to taking one of those silky Long thermal underwear sleeves and putting elastic at the top and the bottom. There is zero support. Some people mentioned but there was no instructions oh, this is true in that there weren't any printed instructions accompanying the products. There was however a business card with an address to download an e-book. Since I'm not a big fan of trying to figure out how ebooks work, I just skip that part and looked at YouTube. It's not difficult to figure out but if you have questions there's always Google and YouTube. I don't see the effort in taking time off of work to return this product, I will chalk it up to shopping on the internet you get what you pay for. In the end this did not provide any support nor did it help relieve any pain or discomfort. Fabric is soft and comfortable however. And against first impressions I did try the sleeve out for an entire day with no success. Also with regard to the band it's very uncomfortable. Imagine taking something hard and strapping it to your arm with a thick strap that's lined with velcro. Yeah that's the strap.

Product fit just as it said it would! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for this brave. The compression sleeve is perfect.

This item really helps the pulled muscles I have in my arm. No pain while wearing it!

Fit is perfect and comfortable. Can notice a difference in my arm already. Thinking about buying another one.
