Excellent customer service! In response to my review I was contacted by the company and offered a free heater + stand in exchange for my prior inconvenience. The company also updated the listing to clarify that the stand is sold separately.On the heater: it works great! Gets very hot as needed, and warms me or objects in its direct path. Great for sitting on my porch in the cold and relaxing with tea and a book or my daily devotional. Wouldn’t work as well for a party where people were milling about since it heats the person, not the air.Stand: stand was easy to assemble but no directions clearly explained how to attach the stand to the heater. But my husband figured it out in a few minutes after looking at the stand and the pictures in the heaters manual. Stand raises and lowers to required heights, and the heater can tilt up or down to angle toward you. Unit does get warm, but does not radiate much heat out in front of it. Regardless of where I stood, just wasn't that great compared to the propane heaters I have.

Having just converted our patio to a 3 season room. I began the search for a heater that would allow us to extend the time that we could use this room. We had purchased several other heaters and have returned all of them. As I was searching on Amazon, I found this heater and after reading the reviews, I decided to order. This has turned out to be the best heater that I have purchased, it works as stated, keeps the room warmer, and was very easy to install. I would recommend this heater to anyone that is looking for a patio heater.

The installation directions weren’t very clear but, once got it installed, it worked great! Super easy remote control with straightforward buttons and small/slim design. Warms up quickly and heats a large area.

I bought this for my garage last winter and it worked great. This year, I turned it on and noticed it wasn’t turning on. I figured it needed a new bulb I took the screen apart and noticed that it had melted it’s connection wire (I don’t know what it’s really called, I’m not an electrician 😂) so ya… that sucks and I grateful it didn’t start a fire.

TrustTech Patio Heater Model: PW15R was the perfect heater for our screened in porch and garage. Our screened in porch is a 14' x 13' room and it takes 1-2 minutes for the heater to make it cozy during the late fall days of the year in KY. The biggest concern we had of this brand of heater was will it heat our garage that was converted to a weight room. Our garage is a 23' x 21' space and since I bought 2 heaters, I thought that I would have to use both heaters to warm up this area, but haven't until today. Though we have had a few mild winters, we have only used one heater until today when the weather fell to the low 20s. Typically, we have had to preheat the garage room about 10-15 minutes on a 30 degree day to make it comfortable. Today, with 2 heaters it has taken around the same time. I have waited to review the product for some time, so I can use it in a variety of circumstances. I plan on hanging these on the wall, while initially I purchased separately the stands, so I can transport the 2 heaters to either room, but of course this was not needed. I found all around, it was very easy to install / use and great purchase for us.

I love this heater, I bought one and another one later. Easy as pie to install and use. The timer option is nice as is the remote. Its solidly made, it does give a little heat on the back side, but projects a really good amount of heat out the front. Heats up quick and cools down relatively quickly too. A must have for any house. Even the power cord is substantial and seems sturdy and well suited for outdoors.

Easy install. Heats up quick. What does not radiate much past 5ft. Installed in garage and is not efficient enough if you are more than 5ft away.
