Great little drone that is great for beginners. Takes a little getting used to but after that the kids were having fun and doing tricks the camera is not the greatest but for the price of the drone it’s a great buy

I bought two of these with a special use in mind. The end result would be to intentionally destroy them.Cons- This drone is difficult to control. Both controllers did not work properly in the same way, no control to move the drones left horizontally. Not recommended for a beginner or a kid. Could not get the camera to work.Pros- Plenty of power, these drones are relatively quick with a good assent speed. Tougher than I thought they would be. We shot them with BB guns and crashed them into concrete at speed for fun. They took it well, one took at least a dozen hits from the BB guns and was crashed hard 5 times before it quit.

The Camera is viewed remotely via a downloaded app. The app doesn't support devices after 2018, which makes the camera worthless.Since the app doesn't work, the advanced trim isn't accessible, so you're stuck with the incremental trim from the remote, that does not achieve true hover.Since the app doesn't work, you're also not able to access altitude hold, meaning it's an extremely difficult aircraft to fly.I paid $34 for this, and I feel that it was still too much for this product. Without a working app, the drone is all but useless. Sending back for a refund.UPDATE: The nearest Kohl's for me to take this is more than 15 miles away, far beyond public transportation. The Amazon lockers it sends me to are too small for not only the dimensions they specified, but not even the original box will fit. And I don't feel like paying a fee at UPS equivalent to a 15% restocking fee. I'm stuck with this thing, and it's demotivating.

I bought the drone for my 8 y/o for Christmas. We played with with the drone for about 15 minutes until he packed it up. It was definitely my fault. I hit one of the buttons at the top of the remote and the thing flew into a wall. Luckily, it was pretty durable. After that…the fun and games ended, and he took the drone to his room.The drone is definitely for beginners in the sense that I paid about $40 bucks for it, and before we upgrade to one of the higher priced drones it will be nice to get the kinks out with this one.The drone came with a safety cage for the propellers, so if we named the sections A and B so they would attach properly…we received all A’s. Nothing was affected by this to my knowledge, nor did my son seem to notice or care.The drone didn’t do a 360 roll which was a bummer, and it wasn’t the easiest to control. In order to use the camera we would have needed to download an app. The app seemed sketchy, so I willingly opted out of using the camera. I.E. the instructions looked like an app for a flight simulator game (literally).All in all, I would have been happier if it was priced at $25. With the difficulty of maneuvering, lack of controls, and the quality control mistake…that would have made me think…You only paid $25…what did you expect.

This little drone is incredible. It was very easy to learn how to maneuver and it flies great. It’s very smooth taking off and landing. It takes amazing video and photos. It also hovers in one place and it will do flips in mid air. It comes with two battery packs and the drone folds up for easy carrying. I am amazed at what all this drone can do. And I am very happy with this purchase. I plan on purchasing 4 more for gifts for family and friends for Christmas. I definitely recommend this drone!!

This drone is NOT for beginners (or for anyone) - poor quality, terrible instructions on getting started and flying it and made of cheap plastic materials that break easily. Not worth the price unless you get it more than 50% off using coupons.(1) Setup/startup - the instruction manual needs to come with a set of binoculars. The typeface size is so small that you literally need a pair to be able to read it. Secondly, it is obviously created by someone who does not speak English natively - it is incomplete and unstructured. You have to put 2 and 2 together.(2) Pairing with the phone is patchy and doesn't always work.(3) The collision guards are so flimsy to put together and once done break easily. The screws that hold them in place are tiny and the mechanism to hold two guards together comes apart easily.(4) The drone itself flies very erratically. The trim adjustments don't work right and I found the drone travelling in directions on its own. THe land function also is erratic, it often landed the drone a long ways away, flying in seemingly random directions before settling down. It appears the propellers may randomly stop spinning but I couldn't verify this.Overall, I do not recommend this product especially if this is your first drone. By the time you get the hang of it, you've most likely destroyed it.

A great drone to start learning to fly. I needed a cost for value drone to start learning to fly and this is perfect. I have already flown it for 2 hours and enjoying the experience. It is very easy to set up and start flying.
