Easy replacement for 4", but... kinda BRIGHT!
I decided it was time to replace the old fashioned incandescent bulb 4" fixtures in my bathroom. I had long ago started using the screw in flourescents and later the smaller LED screw in bulbs that were all the rage at Home Depot for the last 10 years. But these are super easy to install, and I don't expect to EVER have to replace a 'bulb' again for the rest of my life! And they use about 1/10th the electricity!But... at 5000K, these are BRIGHT! TOO BRIGHT!. I have 4 over a two sink cabinet. 2 of these would still be too bright. I'll live with it. They CAN be dimmed with almost any dimmer light switch these days, however.IF you can find 4000K or less, I'd go for that. But I hate the 'yellow' 'soft white' colors. Apparently ya gotta go 3000K-5000K to get white light? I dunno. These are easy -- unscrew your old bulb Pull out the old trim rims and cosmetic 'can' that slips inside the ceiling can, and screw in the adapter these come with to the old bulb socket. Then simply slip the gripper tabs up into the can and ... you're done! About 2 minutes work!

Upgraded metal housing
Been using dozens of these for a while now. Love ability to adjust color from yellow to white. Now has metal housing, probably to help with hear dissipation. Had about 5% go out within a yr of installation. Very easy to install.

Installed With Additional Brackets
The recessed lighting cans in my home did not have the correct brackets for these lights so I was ready to return them. I decided to do some additional research and I purchased new brackets (first photo) and added them manually to each can.Pre-drlling holes in each can before screwing in the brackets made the install go smoothly. I recommend purchasing the angle attachment for your drill if you do not already have one (see second photo).I am pleased with the results. The lighting is much more brighter than what was replaced. I am looking forward to seeing if the more efficient led lights make a difference on my electric bill.

Does its job well
We needed to replace a 10 year old LED recessed light that burnt out -- of course, with it being that old we had no clue about the brightness (lumens) or color temperature (kelvin) of the old bulbs. The color temperature selector switch worked perfectly and was just what we needed to get a close match to the existing set.Installation was a breeze, dimmer function works great.Very happy with the result.

Great value, great results.
We purchased these for a basement renovation project. Before, the space was dim and just awful looking. After, it was crisp, bright and fantastic. We loved them so much that I had my husband swap out the old recessed lights in our kitchen for the exact same ones. I highly recommend these for an easy update, or a remodel project. You will not regret it.

Easily Replaced Original Can Lights
Have order Sunco products before and they just work as intended. These are light, but sturdy.Wanted to change out the builder's lights (bluish/white) with 2700K which is far warmer and welcoming. These are not excessively bright and don't think we'll need to install a dimmer. Also a huge plus, that they are damp rated...so replaced the one in the shower and another over a tub.

Great light if the existing cans are built to take the springs.
These lights work well for the cans that have the spring holders that allow the light to be pulled down. Unfortunately some of my cans had lights with the actual springs hooked into holes in the cans. The new lights stayed up because they are light enough so that the springs pressing against the side of the cans to hold them. Other than that, they are a breeze to install. Good light and dim properly.

Great lights, just twist when installing.
Great lights, I just installed 6/24 and they really brighten the place up, also far cheaper than anywhere else i found them. Super easy to install, the only thing I'd say is put the wire spring clips in, then spin the whole light until it feels solidly in place. Under different circumstances I'd consider putting just a dab of silicone to help hold them in place.I'd give more than 5 stars for value of $$ to brightness.

Amazing lights
Needed an option to modernize our can version pot lights. These were a great sharp looking option. Easy to install, my 14 year old son actually installed most of them for me it was that easy. Lights were nice and bright. Have had no issues with them and they have been in for last 4 months.

So far so good...
Replaced all the old, costly, halogen lights in the basement and bathrooms with these. So far they are living up to the expectations. Super easy to install and they look as good if not better than the older ones. The colour is a little more white than the warmer halogens but that was expected.

Great pot light upgrade, that pays for itself.
These lights were very easy to install, I like how clean they look and nice and bright. They dim to a comfortable level all the way up to needing sunglasses. No more spiders coming from the attic now.
