These absolutely work!
i was on a cruise maybe 10yrs ago, had been dealing with my left foot killing me- felt like a rock had gotten into my shoes and it became difficult to walk without pain…I’m in my early 40’s or late 30’s when we were there.Cruise ships have all sorts of activities, most are geared around selling you stuff you didn’t know you needed until they’re through with you. I hobbled up, was late and missed most of it.The guy showing “Super Feet” insoles ended up giving me the whole presentation personally because so many wandered elsewhere..ok, fine.He told me his insoles would definitely solve my problems…then….drum roll….the price. $400. REALLY? I’ve got exactly ONE pair of VERY nice quality handmade shoes that cost that much, I stay under $100 except for my very nice ones for work etc.He invited me to try them for the three remaining days on board and he’d take them back when I was through. Well…much to my surprise, they 100% worked. Absolutely positively worked so $400 was a great spend, no more hobbling or walking lightly on that foot! That was years ago, my dogs chewed them up and these must be bought from their retail stores. I was not driving 3hrs each way to get insoles. I wrote them and asked to buy another pair…they didn’t reply until a package arrived…brand new insoles, same as my others. They’re brown plastic and kind of springy.I’d bought others here- clear and look the same but they are NOT. They make it worse so I’m back to the drawing board because my dog chewed the replacements too.I’m not begging for another set so one day I was in a high end shoe store and the salesman had sold shoes for 40yrs, he knew what he was doing. He told me to buy these instead, at more than 90% off of what a new pair of Super Feet insoles cost. He explained why they work so I reluctantly bought them, thinking there is no way in the world these will work.Well guess what? He was RIGHT.I can’t tell you what my diagnosis is beccause I’m not going to the doctor for a sore foot. I just don’t want to mess with it so I came here…got the first pair, clear plastic. They not only didn’t relieve the pain on the ball of my foot, they hurt the sides of my feet so I took them out almost immediately- maybe an hour later.Came back, found these. OMG, they absolutely work. They work so well I’m back buying my fourth pair because my dogs chewed up another yet again but this time I didn’t freak…these aren’t terribly expensive and they work.I’m no expert, I don’t know what’s wrong with my foot or yours but I know that I can walk, run, jog- whatever, so long as I’m wearing these in my shoes. If I forget them, a few hours later that left foot gets mad and starts hurting again.Highly recommend….I mean, if you need them- even if you miss, at the price of $40 (seems higher than what I paid) it’s still worth it simply because they work.My others were not half sized, that’s what bothered me and made me think I was just buying more junk…nope, these fit and no more sore foot!

Vastly reduced plantar pain; would try this first over prescription insoles if I could do it again. Didn't need to size up shoes
Flat feet. I have prescription insoles and they won't fit in any shoe that doesn't have a wide toebox; you're supposed to trim them but I like the way they fit in my daily boots (Red Wings). I got these while my custom insoles were being modified. While my custom insoles wouldn't, they fit my dance shoes, will probably fit my running shoes, and hopefully will also fit my dress shoes (Allen Edmonds). They are that thin. No need to size up shoes so far.As for support, I used to get throbbing foot pain in my arches that lasts for a few days after doing physical activity, usually running, dancing, or lifting. I went dancing in my dance shoes and the next day there was no pain. Maybe there was but a different kind of pain, not the usual 3-day-plus throbbing pain but maybe pain from using a different muscle for the first time. Something was definitely there but it didn't seem as intense or that bad. Today is the second day after use and there is no pain at all. When I danced without an insole, I'd still be feeling it.I did get a blister on both my arches though. The insole is a bit hard and maybe my socks are too thin but I plan to put moleskin on the insole arch to pad it.They also slide around in the shoe if your feet don't fit or aren't in the shoe. Usually, once you get your feet situated and your shoes tied, the insole stays in place.I'd buy these again. In fact, I might buy another so I don't have to switch them around so much. Honestly, if I could do it again, I'd try and make these work first before shelling out $$$ for the custom prescription insole. Prescription insoles are pretty expensive so, if you're on the fence about prescription insoles because of flat foot pain, I'd try these first. Might as well try a ~$30 option before committing to a $300-1000 option. The advice for all insoles whether prescription or not: wear it gradually before wearing it for a full day. Wear it for an hour or two the first day, longer for the second, and so on. Pressure and pain can happen when wearing it for the first time so you have to ween yourself on it. My podiatrist says you can hurt your feet for just jumping in to it right away.

I have been wearing them now for a bout 4 years and my plantar fasciitis is pretty much held in check unless I do an activity ..
I wear SuperFeet instead of the Podiatrist custom inserts. I have been wearing them now for a bout 4 years and my plantar fasciitis is pretty much held in check unless I do an activity without the inserts. Last time I played tennis for an hour without inserts it took two weeks to recover, so I know it's still there but never feel it as long as I wear inserts and flip flops with arch support when around the house. I find the Olukai to be very high quality and don't break down too fast. Back to SuperFeet, I have 4 other pairs of full length and have been using some half length Dr. Schols for about 1 year in my casual shoes. They worked ok at first but started breaking down after six months of occasional use. I have been wearing these 1/2 sized SuperFeet for a few months in those casual shoes but also in my leather dress shoes everyday at work. They fit better than the full length and they provide better support in those shoes than either the full length or the short term Dr. Schols that I mentioned. No sign of any wear not even to the gold lettering! These look nice in my dress shoes because they are brown and look like leather a nice touch compared to taking off your dress shoes and seeing neon colored insoles! lol! Super high quality and save my feet, Love these ! Worth every penny!
