Don't buy this it's old and falls off

I bought this product for a family member. Whereas it appears to work for about 3.5 days, my complaint is not about the product per se. Rather, it is about the packaging of that product. I don't know which packaging engineer designed the packaging of that product. However, it is extremely difficult to open the pouch, which holds that product. The "instructions" state to bend it, and tear it open near the arrow by the upper left hand corner. I've tried that numerous times, and found that doesn't help. I've had to use a scissors, and a ripper to open that product. Even after doing that, it was not easy! I wrote to the distributor of that product that they should look at how the product "Icy Hot" is designed. The latter product has an indentation, which makes it much easier to tear open the protective pouch. It is stressful enough to correctly place the Oxytrol on one's person. Consumers should not have to be faced with the additional difficult task, every four days, of opening the pouch, and removing the product, because of faulty packaging designs. I hope that in the future the packaging of Oxytrol can be redesigned, as the product does appear to help about 65%.

I give it a 3 on price. Not sure it works or not. Says can take up to 2 weeks for full results. You can buy a 4 count box for 14.99$ at Walmart. The prices on Amazon are to expensive.
