Gosh, I really wanted to give this chair 5 stars cuz it's soooooooo comfortable for me. I sit in my chair at least 12 hours a day for my job and I needed a comfy chair. This one ... WOW! As soon as I sat in it, everything felt great, especially my tailbone area which ached in my old chair. So easy to put together and very solidly made . My only issue is with the wheels which don't seem to swivel and spin well. They seem to be grinding or stuck. I've oiled them and still doesn't work right. Not sure what the solution is. Fortunately, I have it on tile flooring which helps ANY chair glide. That's my only real issue thus far. I wish I could swap my old wheels onto this chair because on my old chair they were awesome, just not a comfortable support. If I had to choose between wheels working and comfy seating, obviously comfy seating wins out. Would've been nice if it was a win on both ends.

This chair is beautiful and so good in every way the only problem is that if the sides of the chair at the bottom where the arm rests are assembled poke u if ur legs are to wide and ur butt is to big but other than that this is perfect very comfortable.

It’s a good chair for being a chair. My husband uses it in his office and he says it could be better with being comfortable he says his back hurts sometimes if he sits in it for a while. He put it together for the most part but it took 2 of us with some of it because a few screws came stripped from the box so we had to replace those before we could finish. The chair came dirty with scuff marks and the packaging of the screws and the plastic wrapped around the polls were all undone and opened so it was obviously a return that wasn’t double checked before being resold which whatever we at least were able to buy the correct screws from the store and clean the chair to make it look new again. Again not a bad chair for being a chair but could be better. You get what you get for the price.

This chair basically just saved our marriage. I previously bought my husband a chair but when we moved it didn’t come with. My husband told me any chair with wheels would work but Amazon was having a sale and I already spent $6000 on the PC so I figured to complete the “look” of his gaming space in our office I would order this one. We’ll 3 months later we had an argument this morning. And you know all arguments end with lovings. I just so happened to be in the office doing homework when he decided to apologize.In short it’s EXTREMELY sturdy for combo husband wife use (combined 400#), endures rough movements, doesn’t lean too far back DOES NOT SQUEEk even with quick repetitive movements. The arms turn up. It goes up and down so your feet can reach the ground Forward or backwards sitting. The head rest is at the perfect height as a head support OR handlebars. Enjoy safely and with consent.

I was worried about the arms BECAUSE of other Reviewers but the whole chair has lasted me a month perfect condition so far and it is so comfortable and much better than what I had! No regrets and I love that I can move the hand things up and down so it goes under my desk or doesn't hit it!Install it correctly and you will have a great 100 dollar chair!! :D

Bought this chair to replace my worn out gaming chair. The chair was easy to assemble however there was a small cut in the seat cushion almost like a razor cut. Could not have come from me opening the box since it was not on the side but near the center back of the seat. Barely noticeable but I’m sure it will begin the fray over time. Not worth the trouble of sending it back. The chair seems pretty sturdy however I feel this chair is for a larger person. I am 5’5, 140 and the back of the chair is pretty wide to me. If I sit all the way back in the chair my feet do not touch the floor, if I sit all the way forward then my back is nowhere near the back of the chair so there is no support making the chair uncomfortable. When buying my next chair I will definitely be more mindful of the seat dimensions beforehand. My children like to sit in it and swivel around and they like that the arms lift. I do like to lean back in the chair, it’s not so uncomfortable in that position.

I was scared to buy this because I saw a lot of mixed reviews about the arms but a lot of them said the customer service was super good so I took the chance. The chair came way earlier then expected which is a huge plus and they must have change the design in the arm because the pictures and videos of the defunct arms my chair was already put together in that place and did not come apart nor require a screw or anything I just took it out of the box and screwed it to the chair.
