Great insole for foot pain and supination. Almost all orthotics are designed to help people who over pronate. But us fat boys have the opposite problem and walk on the outside of our feet. Even though I have lost a lot of weight walking I still supinate especially on my right foot. I put these in a pair of New Balance 928 walking shoes I thought I had worn out. It was better than having a new pair of shoes! The support from the insole is better than the original and I no longer felt like I was crushing the right side of my foot. I have worn them for about two months now and they continue to give great support. They are so good I just bought two more - one for another pair of New Balance Walker's and another for a pair of New Balance 990's that have already started to lean to the right. Amazing insole.

Well, it took me a LOT of thinking to buy these over the New Balance???? Annnd, the Jury is in!!! I would say the support is good, However, everyone here's me coming as they have this annoying Squeak or Crunching sound because of the Hard part of the support system. I put these in some Brand New Saucony Echelon 5 Shoes. They were just Ok for Comfort, The "BALL" of my foot was Uncomfortable as it seemed that there was just not enough Cushion. (Not for me anyway)... The heal was good and the Arch was fine, but overall, for me a 3 on the Star rating. If they had no Noise, maybe a 4. So, that all said, I'll be going back to the New Balance next Purchase for the Same Price point.

I've been in the military for a long time, and we do an awful lot of physical training, and put our bodies under significant strain. I originally bought the insoles in the hope they would reduce a little of the impact on my back while running. My back has been a problem for years (comes with the job) and to my astonishment, these insoles are AMAZING! I've bought a few sets now and not only wear them in my runners, but my work boots too. Highly recommend and thanks!

Good quality but returned as I didn't want to cut the item for fear of not being able to return. Got the Sorbothane instead and am totally absolutely loving it 100%.
