Just Arrived - First Impressions - Delighted!
Had many many smartwatches over the years, but the latest upgrade is from a Garmin Venu 2. Key for me is battery life, notifications, silent alarms and step counts. I also want a watch that looks like a nice dress watch. The problem before is that there was always a trade off on at least one of these, usually battery life or look of the watch. Not with this one. Straight out of the box it has the Tag, Rolex look about it - well other than the big empty black circle. Its top quality. Feels like a premium watch.Had to add a link in, and it took 5 mins with all the supplied tools. Hook up to the app took no time, and the app itself is really intuitive and easy to navigate.Skeptical about the 30 days battery claim but even if I am going to get 2 weeks I will be very impressed. Nothing bad to say about it after a few hours use - only minor grumble would be the price, its expensive, and I could have done with the option to not have all the validated clinical data gimmicks if it had knocked a few quid off the price, but if these are important to you, you are getting a lot of watch for your money. Also not sure if they could have done something to make the small LCD screen the same dark blue colour as the watch face, but this really is a minor grumble.Perfect for what I need, so hopefully no more buying watches and making do. Would definitely recommend.

Great hybrid smart watch
This is a great hybrid smart watch. I have had an Amazfit GTR4 for a while and although there was nothing wrong with it, I only used it to track activity and sleep, even though it could do more. This Withings watch allows me to do exactly that but also look like a regular watch. There are a couple of functions I wish it had like disabling the screen overnight and locking the scroll wheel from being active when working out (it almost always stopped the workout when I was boxing). It tracks ECG and loads of other metrics.I am super happy with this purchase. Yes, it's a little pricey, but it looks the business. Nice and chunky as I am a big guy with big wrists.

Looks like a lot of money on your wrist
I’ve worn/own premium time pieces, Omega etc. and whilst I can’t compare this watch to those. I can say you’re getting a well machined stainless steel case, adjustable bezel and sapphire crystal glass for under five hundred quid, that’s without the pretty accurate sleep tracking, oxygen and HR readers, alongside the brilliant app it comes with.I’ve been waiting for this watch to come on the market ever since I saw it was being released. I can honestly say, it’s a head turner and a joy to wear. 👍

IMPORTANT. READ BEFORE BUYING. Battery Drains in Days and Not Weeks (After Latest Update).
I recently sought out a hybrid watch with a reliable ECG feature and was drawn to the Withings Horizon based on numerous positive online reviews highlighting its ECG functionality, build quality, and battery performance. My initial impressions upon receiving the watch were favorable. However, my experience quickly changed when I observed a significant battery drain. After wearing the watch for just 12 hours overnight, the battery had depleted by 20%. By the following day, it had dropped to only 44% remaining, despite not utilizing all features such as Respiratory monitoring and quicklook.Concerned that this might be a widespread issue, I conducted a quick Google search and stumbled upon a discussion on the Withings forum. It appears that many users have encountered the same battery drainage problem following the latest software update. Withings acknowledged this issue five months ago but has yet to provide any updates or fixes. Instead, they are only offering affected customers discounts on the newer model. This approach suggests a deliberate attempt not to address the issue but rather to incentivize customers to purchase a new product. For more information, you can easily locate the forum discussion by searching "Withings Horizon battery draining" on Google; it should be the first post.In conclusion, while the Withings Horizon offers appealing features, the unresolved battery drain issue, compounded by the lack of support from Withings, makes it difficult to recommend this product at this time. Potential buyers should consider this factor before making a purchase decision.

Great looking watch with good battery life though not as long as advertised
Very pleased with the performance of the watch. The battery life is affected by what functions are in use. To get the functionality I require from the watch my battery life is typically 2 weeks rather than the suggested 30 days.My only negative comments are that the step counter doesn't seem to record as many steps as a previous watch or my Apple Health App, and that the magnets on the charger are a bit weak. I have to make sure that it is positioned correctly as it doesn't snap into place the way a Fitbit charger does.

Awesome watch. Customer service impossible to reach. Only wanted to make a suggestion.
Trying to reach withings with no success. Stopped buying polar products for the same reason. The watch is great, but with one big flaw. If I am out on my motorbike, it thinks I am cycling. I know they may be some fast cyclists out there, but 70mph for more than an hour riding. Come on withings. It must be possible to address this issue. The speed alone is a programmable factor surely.
