The palette is reasonably priced - it’s smaller than I expected but the colors have a pretty good payout. What I disliked is that they’re a little too shimmery for my taste. I have 40+ aging skin so I really need more of a subtle glow with minimal shimmer. Ther lighter, shimmery shades are a little much for me. The darker contour shade is a tad darker than I prefer but it it looks decent if I use a light touch and a small brush to contour smaller areas like around the nose.That being said, I’ve found that the lighter shimmery shade work great on my eyes! I like a light shimmer on my kids to bring some light (on the center lid and in the corners to brighten the eye). This palette works really well for that purpose and I think I’ll continue to use it to perk up and highlight my eyes. I used a neutral Mac paint pot as a base and the shimmer stays put pretty much all day. So even though it doesn’t work for me specifically for face contouring and highlighting, I’m glad it works really well to play up my eyes!

First of all this came broken so the lightest shades are almost unusable at this point. Second, the palette is really small. This could've been beautiful if it was bigger and not broken but I can't recommend it for the current price.
