It is a kind of cheating. Dont be fooled.
Print Length mentioned as 447 pages. However, the book is 111 pages only. Of which the actual content is much less if we take away the promotions inside. Content is not that deep or great to be satisified even with this kind of cheating. Coming to cheating part-The image is so cleverly presented that one may assume that one is getting two books- given the number of pages. However it is one book on Sleep. The image is not mentioning as Other Book by Author as given on the back side of the Book - Sleep It is body Repair time (Included the actual image). I understood this one way of cheating the readers. We cannot return. Even replacement is also same. May be this is time to stop purchasing books on Amazon, as they did not have returns policy for such tactics by sellers.

Very good, a must read.
A very good read.Specifically useful for the people who struggle with sleep disorders.The best thing about the book is easy to understand style.Something new that I would like to mention were a few things you learn you should not do, for example, not using wake alarm, not watching TV or read a book to sleep and many more such things.
