Low Profile XL 10" Survey Markers - 2 Pack - Plain

I had property surveyed and wanted to remove the wooden stakes along with the bright plastic ribbons tied to them. Decided to purchase these. They hammered in with no problem. The "heads" are big enough but flat enough to mow over. As long as you know the general area of your survey I think these would be easy enough to find. They are very well made and heavy.

These are heavy duty and work as advertised....gives one confidence that they will far outlive the buyer.

Easy to pound into the ground with a dead blow mallet. They seem to be secure in the ground and easily visible.

I had a survey done which showed that the property line is a foot past the fence on the neighbors' side. I wanted to replace the surveyors' wooden stakes with something durable that won't get in their way when they mow the grass. These stakes pound flush to the ground and have enough material that they are likely to last two hundred years. Since they are steel, I know I'll be able to find them with a magnet, even if they get lost under the grass.

Exactly what I needed

After having my lot surveyed I needed something to permanently mark corners and center points. These are galvanized heavy spikes that go into the ground easily. I painted the tops bright yellow to find easily but if ground cover grows over them it should be easy to locate with a metal detector.

Replaced the old metal fence post property line markers with these solid metal markers that are driven in flush to the ground. They are easy to see with the broad metal tops and since I can mow right over them I don’t have to get out the trimmer to trim around the fence posts anymore. I should have bought these 10 years ago.

These are exactly as advertised and are very heavy/beefy (which is what you want in sch a product). Ground was relatively hard here but a rubber mallet made short work of installing them. I will buy more.
