After taking these for a couple of months I feel like I can definitely tell a positive difference in my body. On my third bottle now. They are very large pills to swallow, so heads up if you have problems swallowing large pills, but for myself who has no problem with it, they go down easy.

I love these! Ever since I've been taking them I feel incredible, non stop energy and other great benefits ( not gonna mention). A vitamin shoppe I go to are discontinuing and I bought them out.
