Lots of arch support and robustly made. Ideal for flat-soled trainers.
Everyone's feet are different, the perfect insole for one person might be terrible for someone else, so any review like this is going to be a bit subjective. I'll try and focus on quality and value as well as their performance.I have flat feet, and was advised by a doctor to use arch support insoles in my shoes. I've been buying the things for years, and I've tried many different types. I usually prefer the full-length type that completely replaces the manufacturer’s insole, but for some shoes that’s not an option and these ¾ length ones are the best alternative. This type of insole is ideal for adding some support to shoes and trainers that have completely flat insoles, such as Converse. Unlike my old insoles which are flat on the bottom, these do have a curve on the underside which will span over moderate levels of existing arch support. This makes them compatible with a far wider range of shoes. I do, however read a lot of reviews where ladies complain that insoles like these won’t fit in their high heels. They are not intended for that purpose.I am a UK size 9, and I ordered according to the sizing guide in the description. When the insoles arrived they were stamped with 'L' for 'Large'. They fitted perfectly in my shoes, and the arch support is in the correct place for my feet. The sizing guide for these review insoles is correct - a '9' is a UK 9, and a 'Large' insole is the right size. I didn't try any other sizes, because - well, I'm a size 9.The insoles look high quality. As a Brit, I could live without the flag logo but it’s going in my shoe so I can’t see it. The materials are well chosen. The fabric on the top surface is slippy enough that you can easily get a slip-on shoe on, but still has enough grip that the shoe doesn't slide about underfoot.Looking to the underside, the construction is solid. I mean, literally solid. It’s not rubbery or bendy at all. Don’t be put off by that, though – it’s supposed to be like that. The mega-expensive ¾ insoles I’m replacing are also rock solid, and with your weight on it the insole is actually quite springy. The instep is the real star of the show here. These are arch support insoles, and the instep is raised by 30mm. If you are not used to this kind of insole, it will feel strange. I am used to this kind of insole, and I find it gives exactly the support and correction I need. I should stress that I have been medically diagnosed and had my gait and footprint analysed to determine the degree of correction I require. These are not 'medical' insoles, but if you don't actually need this much arch support, these could be quite uncomfortable.I’ll be honest, when I first saw these I was highly sceptical. They look as if the instep support is HUGE, and I thought I’d take two steps and chuck them in the bin. Nope. Perfect. They feel EXACTLY the same as my usual ¾ insoles, which were recommended by a podiatrist and very expensive. I spent an afternoon walking around in them and didn't really notice anything different from my usual ones. I can't feel the join where the insole ends and my shoe's insole starts. In summary, these insoles are spot on for my requirements. The sizing guide is correct where most are not (possibly using US shoe sizes?). Most importantly, they are significantly than the ones I was buying previously. At £13.50 they are reasonable value. If you need this sort of arch support and correction, I can highly recommend them.

Fit well and do the job
I have suffered from plantar fasciitis for a number of years. To combat the pain I have used different types of shoe inserts over the years mainly either gel-based or rigid. This belongs to the rigid category. It is well-constructed and solid in feel and appearance.I take a size 9UK shoe and so ordered the Large (L) size insole. This fits comfortably into my slightly wide-fitting everyday shoe, but has too high a lift for my slightly narrower fashion shoes. The levels of support and comfort are high and I have had no problems at all while doing my everyday walking and shopping activities around town.I would not hesitate to recommend these and have obtained a second pair. They do the job and look as if they will be long-lasting.

They Work For My Hubby
These Orthotic Insoles are a 3/4 length with a high arch support, they are made of a hard material not soft at all, I wondered if they’d be comfortable for my husband who has been suffering with pain under his heel and arch from a recent injury to his foot, however, from him putting them in his slippers he immediately felt support for his injured foot and the pain was immediately much less. Since wearing them (he decided to wear both left and right) his foot feels much better and both his feet feel comfortable. I’m very pleased these insoles have been so helpful in his case with foot injury, I’m therefore very happy to recommend them to anyone with heel/arch pain.

Very supportive.
I've been experiencing pains in my ankles for a few months at work, I've tried various shoes etc and took myself off to the podiatrist. He suggested I get some insoles to support my ankles as I have high arches which have been causing me pains since most of the shoes I've worn recently all had come with pre-inserted memory foam cushions and I wasnt getting the right support which had been causing my agony. These made a huge difference, I didnt have the same pain in my feet at the end of my shift. 100% value for money, I'll be getting a few more.

Interesting for plantar fasciitis
I’ve recently been diagnosed as having plantar fasciitis and I am experimenting with stretching exercise and insoles like this. The size large suits me pretty well. It’s not full length which is fine but it is pretty solid. Not something I’ve expected. I had been using gel type insoles initially but move on to these higher arch soles. You do need a bit of space in your footwear and I was surprised to fine it was actually helping and comfortable. Definitely one to consider.

Insoles
These plantar fascilitis insoles are really comfortable. If you get pain in your heels when walking or standing then you should get some of these. They make a huge change to your comfort and day to day tasks. Walking becomes so much easier and life in general becomes much more palatable. They fit easily into your shoes and you can cut around the edges if needed. This set come in a cool red white and blue design, which I really like. The size was accurate too.
