Don’t buy this tub… I bought this and it came damaged .. scratched and dents.. decided I really needed it so delt with the outside damage… installed the tub to find out it doesn’t work. It won’t go up and it won’t go down. After weeks of bickering with Amazon and the seller they offered me 100.00 and the parts to fix it. I finally received the part so we took old one out that was burned and replaced it with new one and it worked for two minutes and poof the new one burnt out as well. This Vevor lift tub is a fire hazard and a Waste of money and time

The tub and faucet worked great the hand sprayer blew the first time of use . The lift portion of the tub is so wobbly it isn't useable . I am a metal fabricator by trade so i modified the base with a piece of box tube at each corner to make it sturdy, and put it on castors, other than that my dog gets clean and the tub cleans up super easy . If i were to buy again i would not get the power lift model .

The tub is brand new. I loved it!!!!! Huge fan and then it stopped working abruptly. After only 2 months:((((

This product is poorly made and definitely not packaged properly for it had many scratches. And the welding is terrible.

The media could not be loaded.  Bought this tub in may for my sgop i was building.Got it then installed it in August and started using it when i opened sept 6th. 2 days ago it quit lifting, plus not to mention it rocks back and forth if the dog breaths. Supposed to have a 1 yr warrenty well good freaking luck getting ahold of them. They also have a cation on the bbb. I want to find out who else has been shafted by this horrible company and wants to go in on a class a lawsuit with me. I wont stop till i get a refund and my lost wages from this horrible product. I am fixing to take this as far as i can on all media platforms and whatever it takes. Im mad really mad. They need to contact me and do whats right.

Easy to assemble sturdy all in all a good buy. But the drain set up is crap won’t stay together leaks all over the floor. Have talked to seller and they won’t send a new one. They told me to go get parts to fix it and they will pay for them. I have no idea what parts are missing or what to get to fix it. Horrible customer service
