There is no tech support in India.
The tech support is not responding on emails, they are not answering the phone calls. The most pathetic product I have ever bought.

High speed wifi but....
Wifi is high speed.... but due to uplink limitation of 1Gbps WAN and lack of advanced router configurations(as in openwrt) it gives limited speed.. Link aggregation does not work at properly.with firmware 1.11 we can get SMB multichannel working with speed of 175MBPS which is nearly 1.4Gbps from Synology NAS on LAN1 and LAN2
