Excellent product at a very good price point!
The quality of the product is excellent and when you consider the price point at which it is coming, it is surprisingly good value for money. They sound awesome and are better than a lot of earphones that are costlier than these.

i like this may be it 5+ oders in Riviera Bluetooth way be it Rnb 06,Rnb07,Rnb 08Dear Sir I have used Riviera RnB 07 bluetooth headphones before but sometime bad contacted seller to fix it but the seller has not helped me after that I also contacted amazon customer care but I didn't get any help from that either

Good product - Value for money
The battery life is very good. I have used for one hour per day from 10th May still battery life 50% is left.However, the blue tooth coverage is not up to the mark. It was near 10m in the beginning . But as the battery capacity reduced its coverage is less than 5 m. Probably coverage is a problem with 5.1 version. Even slight obstruction - wall or human body causes disconnection. Earlier I have used 5.0 version of Blue tooth. It really covered full 10m up to battery level of 20%. One wall or human body was not seen as an obstruction.

Average product and bad customer service
Product worked fine for close to 2 months and then one of the ear piece stopped working. When I tried contacting Riviera Customer service, their phone was unanswered and no response on the email. Then involved Amazon Customer support team, it took close to week for Amazon team to get a response from Riviera Team.They asked me to ship the defective item to their address and they took 10 days to repair and ship the item.Initially they said, they send replacement immediately after receiving defective item. However, it didn't happen. Also, I had to follow-up with the Riviera Team multiple times to remind them to send replacement promised. After which they sent repaired product.Their customer service team is neither responsive nor responsible in any manner. If you are buying their products, be mindful about it.

Very bed company
Riviera RNB 07 BluetoothThis product is very bad brother don't buy it any less.If the product is damaged then the company will not help you. Neither will he talk nor will anyone reply on the mail. Won't listen to you at all. Send very bad products. My product got spoiled within 10 days
