I have an X3 Bar home gym and wanted a longer bar. The X3 long bar costs $275. I bought this bar, the longest one and it’s like having two bars in one, you can put two pieces together or all three. The bar is high quality, well made and well worth the price. It adds variety to my workouts and works well. I recommend it if you’re training with bands. It comes apart and stores neatly in the carrying case it comes with. I use this bar more than the X3 bar now. (I bought bigger triangle hooks to accommodate the biggest bands).

Great Size and adjustable. Quality bearings. Feels like a Olympic straight bar. travels well. Put a little lube on the threads per the directions so you can take it apart if needed.

I picked up this and the GEKU bar to do some resistance band workouts. Similar to the GEKU, this bar is modular and can be configured in a couple of different ways. If you want a size more similar to that of a X3 bar, connect the 2 bars together that attach to bands. Want a longer bar that works a little better for chest and shoulder presses? Place the middle bar in between. I found the default carabiners to be solid, however, opening them to switch bands can take quite a bit of time. I recommend replacing them with faster quick release carabiners. The bar itself fits in a backpack with bands and makes for an excellent “take anywhere” workout set. If you want a smaller profile, the GEKU is king. If you want a (seemingly) more durable overall product, get the Dasking. Soon I’ll be comparing these to a Grabby Bar and X3.

You’re here because you are looking for a less expensive X3 bar right? Well, I’ve spent a lot of time researching a lot of other bars before purchasing the Dasking. This is my review after 3 months of use.I believe this is better than the X3 because it has a wider width. I have the 35.4” bar and it allows a slightly wider than shoulder-width grip that is best for me. The diameter and knurling is also good and the bar is very high quality.I purchased larger 3.5" triangle clevises to accommodate larger bands easily. The fastest way to change bands was to adjust a clevis nut until the opening is wider than the thickness of the band. Then I duct-taped the clevis nut in that position. Now each clevis is effectively a hook and won’t slip off the bar. I don’t have to take the time to loosen and tighten the nut.Used in conjunction with Iron Infidel bands, a door anchor, and a platform from Etsy I now have a system that I feel is better than the X3 at a lot less cost. I have to stress that quality multi-layered latex bands and platform are important to getting the system right.

So I received the bar today and tried it out. I am very happy it is extremely solid and the carabiners are large enough to accommodate my thickest bands. There is also room to use multiple bands. My sitting bench presses feel much more consistent with the bar versus without same with my arm curls. I am looking forward to incorporating the bar into my other exercises. All around great product and very good price.

The bar came inside a nice small black bag which you can use to store it once you are done training. The bar itself it’s a 3 piece kit that gets assembled to form a single solid bar (Perfect if you intend to travel with it) it’s light but it feels sturdy.The kit comes with two hooks perfect to hold either resistant bands or with a separate adapter dumbbells with straps. The rings at the end of the bar rotate which make it ideal when you are lifting in different positions. Very pleased with the product.

Let me start by saying it is a very solid well made product. Comfortable diameter to grip. If you want it to use standing, with clip on bands it’s a great choice.That said. I wanted it for the heavier weight of my flat bands and this is where the issue comes in. It’s finicky, trying to get 2 loops even under foot for dead lifts is slow when doing a hiit transition. Move now to over head press. Single loop under foot get it even (smh) and push. As the band extends it tugs and loads un evenly as it try’s to equalize it’s tension with the portion of band between your hands or the triangles if your only holding the bar. This I found frustrating as you got different loads each hand each rep. Maybe you can hold the band for short extensions like curls but overhead press needs all the elasticity the band has. Flat bench , I am 6’ and I had high hopes for this one. But with the length of a flat band you can really only get 2/3 of range of motion under load.Note I did try a little silicone lubricant on a medium band to help it slip, with little to no improvement, at a quantity that it was not getting every where and/or left the bands useable for other exercises without the bar.End result, despite a very well crafted product (making me really want to keep It) it’s practical usefulness to me was too little and did not meet my objective (working with heavier flat bands).

Sehr gut verarbeitete Stange. Selbst bei hoher Zugkraft, kein Verbiegen oder lockern. Für den Preis, echt gute Qualität. Die Stange lässt sich mit einem passenden Mittelstück problemlos verlängern. Klare Kaufempfehlung
