Mustard Seed Necklace (popular in the 60's) on 24" gold plated chain with Scripture Card Matthew 17:20

I’ve been trying to replace an expensive gold and glass mustard seed pendant that my mother had for years, but was lost in a move. I thought this looked very similar, and for the price, I thought I couldn’t go wrong. Wrong, wrong, wrong.Although beautifully boxed for gifting, the pendant itself was very disappointing. The resin is very VERY cloudy, which glaringly distracts from the overall appearance. While I know acrylic has much less clarity that glass or crystal, this was especially dull. The gold loop was a little warped looking, and the chain that came with it was nothing like the pretty box chain it is pictured with.I think a young girl making her first communion would love this, but as an adult, I’d be embarrassed to wear it. It looks cheap. While I didn’t expect something spectacular for the money, I was disappointed enough to say I don’t even think it’s worth getting at this price.Don’t expect this to look anything like an expensive piece of jewelry. I think I’m just going to have to bite the bullet and spend the money to get what I’m looking for. Overall, it’s acceptable for a youngster, but for the adult looking for something really attractive, save your money. There a lot of other options.

I love my necklace.. I have wanted a mustard seed necklace sense the 60's .Never though I would find one just as i remembered it to be . Amazon came through with a dealer who had the exact piece . Wearing it all the time and love what it stands for . I am very happy with my order and my old/new mustard seed necklace .
