my partner uses one of these pillows & really rates it, I bought this to try & improve my sleep, hers is firmer than mine as its all memory foam, it's definitely different to what I'm used to, ive used it for 2 nights and my sleep has improved, let's hope it continues to do so, would recommend this product to anyone looking for a better night's sleep , zzzz

I was hesitant to buy this pillow in the first place coz it's cheaper compared to others in the market,but decided to order it. It was a good decision. This pillow is very good. It does what it says. And most importantly, a value for money purchased.highly recommended.

I prefer to have extremely firm pillows. This pillow, is slightly firm but still sinks in wonderfully once you lie your head on it. I had an excellent nights sleep after getting this bellow. For me, the price of the pillow is a huge boost and might make this 5/5. I see other reviews complaining about the smell. My pillow has no strange smell, so I have no idea what those people are talking about. Great pillow !

It’s not good for sleeping. The odour makes me headache after washing, my neck is painful after sleeping on it for one night

I've been using this pillow for 6 weeks after allowing an initial 3-4 days for it to ventilate and lose its new 'chemical' type smell.At first the pillow felt too soft because it is completely different to the thicker pillow I was used to and was discarded a few hours into the first night of testing. By the 4th and 5th nights, I was gradually getting used to the pillow and it was on the 5th night that it felt transformed. Rather than feeling soft and unfamiliar, it felt blissfully comfortable offering support to my neck while my head rested at an anatomically correct angle. Sleeping on my size, my head felt so comfortable and my face and nose muzzled gently into the pillow. Lying flat on my stomach was a treat and more comfortable than I'd probably felt in years. When laying on my back, it still felt a little low compared with my previous pillow and this took longer to adjust to - but it has been worth persisting.The pillow is soft, made from a single piece of shaped memory foam within a light cover. To the outer is a protective polyester cover with a hidden zip fasting along its length allowing for easy removal and refitting of the pillow so the case can be laundered. I use it inside a conventional cotton pillowcase for additional protection although this is probably not necessary.The pillow is made in China for a British Company, Power of Nature, and it is a superb product. For users of thicker conventional and non-contoured pillows, it may take a few sleeps to adapt to sleeping with new neck support but my advice is to start with a few trials first while adjusting. Once used to it, I found twisted necks and morning headaches became a thing of the past and I found I am waking feeling more refreshed too. Having enjoyed this pillow for 6 weeks, I wouldn't now revert to the flat type.

Finding the right memory foam pillow has always been a bit of a struggle. Some are too soft or too firm and I pay for it the next day with a stiff and painful neck ache.This memory foam pillow feels nice; it’s not too soft but not overly firm either. So the real question is whether or not I got a good nights sleep - erm nope. I was restless the first night; tossing and turning - couldn’t get comfy on the pillow. Second and third night were pretty much the same but after the third night, I started getting a neck ache.My son tried it and sadly, he didn’t have much luck either. He said he couldn’t get comfortable. He lasted one night before giving up.This pillow is nice and I like the removable cover but sadly, it just wasn’t for me. I didn’t sleep properly for 3 nights in a row so I gave up and went back to my old pillow.Trying to look for the right pillow is pretty much trial and error; what suits one person, doesn’t necessarily suit another. This pillow wasn’t right for me but it might be right for someone else.

Thankfully,I haven't paid my hard earned cash for this pillow,otherwise I would feel sorely aggrieved.I received mine through the Amazon Vine scheme for review purposes.I have literally had it out for weeks with its cover removed to try and get rid of the weird,offputting smell that is apparent when opening the tightly packed pillow from its original packaging.The product listing states this smell well vanish within a few days-well it doesn't I can testify to that.I even washed the cover for this and initially it smelt nice and fresh,but then even the washed cover reverted back to type and started smelling like it did originally.Well I finally tried out the pillow last night as I need to complete the review.The pillow feels firm enough and looks as though it would offer some decent support.However,I cannot sleep with that smell under my nostrils so regretfully this pillow is destined for the bin.Not for me in any way,shape or form.I cannot recommend-1 Star.

This memory foam pillow comes rolled up tightly in plastic packaging. It quickly returned to it's shape when opened. It's very spongy and bounces back when pressed. On opening I noticed a noxious smell , I'm not sure how to describe it. It wasn't an unclean or dank smell , it was more chemical and quite off putting. I got my partner a similar pillow a few weeks ago and he loves it , so when this one came up to review I jumped at the chance to try it. To be honest It was quite comfortable to begin with but the smell of the pillow was bothering me so much I ended up having to swap the pillow for my old one in the early hours of the morning. On reading the reviews it does mention the 'special' smell that fades after a few days. I'm hoping it does, so I can retry it in a few days. Although this is comfortable enough, I expected it to be softer to sleep on than it was. The price is reasonable for a memory foam pillow.
