The Beginner's Bible Super-Duper, Mighty, Jumbo Coloring Book

Paper is newspaper quality but the pictures are great for teaching lessons in Children's church. I used on missions in Kenya. We copied the page as coloring page for that day's lesson to preserve the book and use for future classes.

This is a really large coloring book. It has some really fun pictures to color. It isn't super high quality. It is more like the lower end coloring books in paper and print type, but it is very big. Mine arrived damaged, which was really annoying since I was sending it as a gift. It is really the nature of a coloring book cover to get damaged, so I'm not too very upset about that and it didn't change the quality of the book itself. My 5 year old really likes the book and it has provided many hours of entertainment for him.

I love that the pictures exactly match what's in the Beginner's Bible, chronologically. It makes Bible lessons easy. My oldest (4) is a bit of a perfectionist and she sometimes props her Bible open so that she can see which colors the objects in the coloring book are supposed to be. My 3 year old, not overburdened with ambition for perfection, enjoys talking to me about what we learned in the story as she scribbles across the page with whatever crayon she touches first. It opens up time and opportunity for discussion that we wouldn't otherwise have if we were just reading the chapters. 5 stars.

This is the fattest coloring book that I have ever seen, and it is biblical. I haven't seen the children's Bible that it is based on, but the pictures are great. Only 'text' in the volume is the story titles, which I think is awesome as it encourages the reading of the Sacred Text itself... Again, I believe, the biggest 'Jumbo' coloring book I have ever seen, and with nearly 6 grandkids I have seen many coloring books.

This coloring is huge and pictures are from the original Beginners Bible. My 3yo son LOVES to color this book as he remembers what the story is saying!

I bought it to practice coloring with my 18 month old. This is fantastic and bigger than I expected! I think it's funny how no word are with simple pictures. Guess it's less offensive that way. 1in thick, about 9in wide, and 11 in tall. When my two month old is ready, I'll be buying this again for her!

I bought this coloring book for my youth group to do a coloring night (along with a different coloring book) and they actually liked this coloring book better than the other one and they are in high school! This coloring book is not hard, and the pictures are detailed enough so that the kids were not bored. They stayed engaged in it the entire time and had a lot of fun.

Huge selection of pictures to colour. Definitely worth the money.

Good thick colouring book which will provide many hours of fun. Bought this for a Christening present and was well received.

I feel this is rather corny with pet animals in some of the scenes.
