The media could not be loaded. Love these strong magnetic Keto carb plastic colored cards. I’ve placed them on front of refrigerator and they are perfect. All I have to do is plan my meals based on the carbs listed. Perfect to keep tract when you are on a diet
The media could not be loaded. The cards have everything you need to know on a food item. Calories ,!carbs, fats ,protein. There was one more card which is the vegetable. I accidentally didn’t put it up
