Hello, yes we will adjust the picture to best fit as the customisation although great is a bit llimited

personally, i would use the sticky pads provided. We have metal signs outside with just sticky pads and they are perfectly fine

we cannot guarantee this. It will be made and shipped on time but its very possible it will arrive after.

I have mine on the shed door, so it is exposed to all the weather elements and it is fine. I am not sure what you mean with the shining with car headlights, do you mean is it neon and glowing if so the answer is no. I can see it in the dark when My Patio lights are on but it does not glow. Hope this helps.
