Not same product
The "FantasyBuy Continuous Ink System For: Epson Stylus Photo 1400 , 1430 Printer" has been great for the last 3 years. I do not print that much on this printer, so I have been running on the original ink until now. (Talk about savings...)This was supposed to be refill in for the same system, from the same vendor. What I received was different from what is shown in the picture.First, I was supposed to get "Total of 720ml.(120ml per bottle) 6 colors." The bottles I got were only 100ml.In addition, only the two lightest of them were marked as "Dye ink for EP", which I assume means Epson, the four dark ones were marked "Dye ink for CN", which I assume means Canon. In reality, I assume that this is the same dye in any case, I doubt that these cheap inks differentiate between vendors. (Not even sure if the name brands really do...)As I am not using this printer for high quality photo, I took my chances and filled up the tanks. That required only half the volume of each bottle, so I guess the value for money is still good. (The tanks were not completely empty, just down to the red line.) For half the cost of similar refill kits, the ink cost here ends up very low, even if they did not provide what they described.I cannot comment on quality yet, I still have the "old" ink in the hoses, so it will be a while before this new ink flushes through the system. I will update this review once I have been using enough new ink.

Terrible directions
FantasyBuy Ink refill set for CIS/CISS or refillable cartridges using Epson 79 ink: Stylus Photo Printers 1400 , 1410 Be brave, you have to dismantle your printer. I have the Epson 1400 and had to remove the top of the ink cartridge container (break off the two side pivoting section to remove it). I also had to tape down the front which pops forward automatically once you open the top to change out out the cartridges. The directions are helpful if you read between the lines. Clearly they are not written by someone who's native language is English.Air in the lines. I ran the cleaning system 3 times and made a test print... still air in the line, yellow is my problem line. I can visible see the air bubbles so they recommend using a syringe, (NOT INCLUDED) to suck it out of the cartridge which means that I have to pull the entire set out of the printer to make that happen. It was a tight fit so it may not be easy. I don't have a syringe so it will be a while before I get this done.It is a smart idea using this system but it is problematic. I hope once it is all working well that the problems cease.Hiring someone to write using real English would help. Suppling a syringe would help. Suppling different directions for each printer this system uses would help!

Works great for the price
For everyday text printing, this system and the refills are perfectly fine. These refills, in particular, are very easy to use in the CIS system we purchased. The price is unbelievably good when compared to regular ink cartridges, and I love the freedom this gives me.However, there're two caveats. One, I tossed the funnel and just snipped the bottle tips about halfway down and poured them directly into the cartridges. The directions recommend a method that is doubtlessly less dangerous to your furniture and fingertips, but I couldn't make it work for me without risking carpal tunnel from having to squeeze the bottle so hard. Whichever method you use, put down at least two layers of newspaper because the inks stain like nobody's business. Two, like the inks that originally came with the CIS system, these inks print very green and it's particularly difficult to get a good black or dark grey. My quick and dirty fix was just to adjust the color balance away from green and cyan, and by quite a bit.

Prints great, no head clogs
Second round of inks from FantasyBuy for my Epson 1400. Buy with confidence. Prints great, no head clogs. My Epson has been running maintenance free for about 6 years now. When the CIS gets down to about 50% full, you will begin to lose some print. At this point you can be tempted to start raising your CIS to let gravity fix the issue, but you will begin to get drips on your prints. The CIS needs to be at a very specific elevation in relation to the print head/ink cart. Just buy ink refills and stop being a cheapskate. You'll get a year of frequent printing from the CIS, and the refill kit is enough for two refills at the 50% mark.

An even better deal than I had imagined!
I had figured by "Refill," the bottles were intended for refreshing the supply of a CISS, but after refilling all six colors, I was left with every bottle still half-full! For about $40 (The cost of two individual cartridges from Epson), I have enough ink to print for another six months. The ink is NOT made in the US as advertised (the bottles are stamped China), and the packaging is markedly "brand x," but from my experience, the ink performs VERY well for my design work and photography, given the price. The process of refilling can be a bit messy, so have lots of paper towels on hand, and be sure to not snip too much of the refilling tip off. There's also a small paper disc inside the cap that has to be removed. Overall, it's smooth and painless. Not any more difficult than pulling cartridges out and replacing them.

Great Customer Service
Disliked sortpack delivery as one bottle had ruptured in shipping. Customer service explained the lack of boxes because of C-19, and promptly sent out replacement for contaminated items.Thats why I've been buying from them from them for years. Can't beat the price either for the quality ink they use.

Good product, however...
very good product for my Artisan 1430, however the error message 'a part has reached the end of its service life' which, since Epson won't deny it, is on all its ink printers renders the the printer useless. (Epson recommends replacing the printer) so I don't think I can use this product any longer. its a shame because it did what it said it would do, not very common in today's economy...
