This is my favorite lip balm of all time. I've searched for the perfect one and this is it. It has just the right amount of healthy looking color (I have #6 Love Affair) and it feels so good on lips--it is hydrating, extremely comfortable to wear, and doesn't need to be reapplied every ten minutes. It is in the perfect sized container to slip into my purse or a pocket and take with me everywhere.

Color: 1. SEXY NUDEIs this a lip balm or a lipstick? You decide. Or is it both? Actually, for me, it is both. This stick is packed with plenty of moisturization which feels very soothing upon application. Sits well on the lips as it heals. It also looks very good. The Sexy Nude color is a pale beige sort that is ever so slightly glossy, or dewy. A bit translucent also. Great for when all you want is that natural lip color. It enhances the appearance of the lips without adding all that much in the way of color. There's color there, but it tends to match most natural lip colors. Maybe will look lighter for those with naturally darker colored lips. Will blend easily with other lipsticks if you do choose to add more color but want to use this as a base to condition your lips.Seems very clean and has no taste to speak of. Can't say that the color lasts all that long, but the moisturization will outlast the color.As much as I do like this lip balm/lipstick, I do believe that it's overpriced at $38 (today's price) per stick. It's good, but can't say that it warrants such a high price.

The By Terry Hyaluronic Hydra-Balm in Secret Kiss lives up to the hydration claim as it feels more like a moisturizing and comforting lip balm than a traditional lipstick. I like the flat rather than pointy tip, and this lipstick glides nicely and feels creamy on my lips. My lips feel soft and don’t get cracked, dried out or irritated wearing this lipstick.The formula is flattering as it makes my lips silky, moist and smooth. I don’t get feathering or bleeding even being older with dry skin.This lipstick does need reapplication after eating or drinking, but it wears as well as expected. This lipstick is good for outside as it has UV protection. It has a light scent but I don’t notice it when on my lips.The shades are all nudes, which I generally avoid as I like contrast. I picked “Secret Kiss” as I wanted a darker color that would show more, and it’s a winner with my light skin with an olive hue and lips that have a lot of natural rosy color. It looks fairly dark brown in the tube, but it has a pretty rose color that comes through well when applied so my lips don’t look like I’m wearing brown.This color looks kind of like a darker rust-rose but I think it looks almost coppery-rose on my lips, though it doesn’t have shimmer, glitter or sparkle like a metallic. It adds a lovely shine and I’d describe it as semi sheer coverage as it adds a little more coverage than expected (but it’s not opaque). It’s a lovely neutral for everyday wear. Love it. 5 stars.

The color is a bronze nude which looks wonderful with a summer tan. The color lasts about 4-6 hours depending on eating or drinking. This Hydrating Lipstick By Terry Hyaluronic Hydra-Balm goes on with a creamy texture over my lips, and they do feel hydrated while I am wearing it. I was worried the color I picked out might be a little too dark, but it wasn't at all - in fact, it was a happy medium and really looks nice on me. The color is pigmented but not overly so - and it stays on for a reasonable amount of time through the day, although it does come off over time. This has a more natural look and feel to it, so I'm pretty happy with it and the quality overall. It gets two thumbs up from me!

I got the By Terry Hyaluronic Hydra-Balm | Hydrating Lipstick | For Soft, Plump Lips | UV Defense | Vegan in #5 Secret Kiss. This is a very flattering nude; it is dark enough that my lips don't disappear into my face.I would call this balm hydrating. It feels great on my lips. However, it is very slippy and the color doesn't last long.I am not sure what UV defense this balm provides. There is no SPF given and I don't see any sunscreens in the ingredients. The ingredients do include fragrance and some other scented items that give the balm a powdery scent. Since fragrance can be irritating to delicate tissues, I'd rather it wasn't included, especially since I don't find the scent particularly appealing.While I like the color and feel, I don't think I'd pay $38 for this balm.
