Does exactly what they are supposed to.
The foamies work great. Every once in a while you get rustling sounds, but overall very good, the price is good as well. Combine these with the stickies by the same company and you will not be dissatisfied. They fit like a glove, the lav mic always stays in.

these have made it so much easier to hide a lav. I use them to keep the mic from rubbing on fabric when I affix the lav between two button on a shirt.

Don't fit my mic
I have a very basic, I think standard size lav and these don't fit. They are too small and wind up tearing.

They seem nice at first. Then you realize they actually add MORE noise.Maybe these work on certain fabrics.
