Fits behind rear seat, must temporarily remove back of rear seat during installation, bottom of rear seat removal not necessary, however, removal does help with amp installation. Bar Grills are included for added protection at no additional charge, when installing leave bottom bar off of bar grills. Models with rear folding seat will lose the ability to fold up rear seat.
