I highly suspect that a lot of the reviewers did the same thing that I did at first - fail to realize there is an on/off switch on the lower back, when we tried the remote, and nothing happened. I felt like an idiot and was ready to return until I started reading reviews and visually recalled that switch! Maybe for others, they didn’t realize the switch was toggled to off and they didn’t notice when they stopped working? I love it. Temp on the balcony went from a chilly 61° to 77° in a matter of minutes. Yeah, I know I’m a big baby. But I grew up in the Northeast, and could never handle the snow and frigid temperatures there. This heater is amazing and perfect for my needs!!

We bought this a year ago, for our patio. We have used it only a couple times outdoors, but it worked well, lived on the patio for a year, in all conditions. Then, the heat pump broke in the coldest month of the year and we had no indoor heat for three weeks. This has been a lifesaver. Easily heats our two bedroom apartment to a reasonable temp with no other back-up.

Works great in my shop

I have tested several heaters to be used during winter in our garage and not a single one met expectations. But this heater is great , heats within secs and has two levels and keeps the garage space warm and comfortable. Would def recommend

Unfortunately the glass tube was broke upon delivery and was unble to use they were quick to refund my money and I plan on reordering as I have a friend with one of these and they absolutely love it.

Totally love it. Even outdoors it works great!
