Second review: I want to add the customer service is fantastic. After I wrote my first review the owner of the company contacted me and sent me a new 3 cord USB charger that works fine. My son is charging his android with it right now while camping and I’m afraid I’ll never see it again! But, no problem ordering another one because it’s a fantastic product and I’ve used it multiple times with a 100% charge each time.First review: I like this product very much. I had to use my own iPhone charging cord though. The three-way USB port adapter does not work to charge my little unit nor to plug into my iphone. I still gave it four stars because it’s a nifty thing to have. I’m just disappointed I can’t hand it over to my daughter to charge her android. It does not work for her phone either.

I bought this as an emergency charger to carry in my tote-bag. I've ordered another one for my purse. It's lightweight so it won't be too heavy to carry around, and it comes with an amazing cable...a short length (I.E. also easy to carry) three-way cable...USB-C, Apple, and Micro-USB. You can get small chargers that have a higher capacity, but they're also heavier. This one seems like a good balance.This was an amazingly pleasant purchase experience, especially considering the relatively modest price of this charger. After ordering, I got a friendly EMail from the merchant thanking me and offering full support in case of questions or problems. I am impressed.

(At first) this worked well with my galaxy 4 phone, charging phone from very low charge to 100% in about an hour. After just a few uses, this no longer charges my phone to 100%. It barely charges it to 60 or 70% before charger is drained. Very disappointed. Still, this tiny charger does come in handy when my phone is dead, is very small, and fits well in my purse. I just wish it still worked like it did in the beginning. :-(

Barely ever recognizes my phone being plugged in. Also never works when its cold which is when i need it the most camping, hunting etc. should have paid more money for a better one.

Not bad product but I had to replaced the cable as the original didn't worked at all. I loved the idea of having a charger for different equipment and brands, Apple, Android, etc. But they don't work so what's the use.. other than that, I liked the fact that I can see how much charge I have and if I need to recharge before leaving home..

This is my first time buying a portable charger for my Google Pixel. So far no problems and does what it's described to do. It charged my phone pretty quickly than what I expected. Although, charging the portable charger itself takes quite a while, but that's not a big deal as I always plan ahead. I like the 3 way usb cord, as I can offer my charger to a friend who needs it that have different phones. So far no issues with the portable charger and the usb cord.

Unit does its job of charging phone but I get less than a full charge. good for a light and portable boost. device gets quite warm during use meaning that its not operating very efficiently.

Originally I said this was having an issue. Played with it more. Seems to have a peculiar requirement. If I start with the connecting cord in the Pac2Go then plug into a device, it often doesn't find the device, doesn't charge. HOWEVER, if I start with the cord in the device, THEN connect the Pac2Go, seems to work fine. So, if you are having trouble, try reversing the order of connecting between device and Pac2Go.
