Easy to use
Have this in new puppy’s playpen, and he has been using it consistently. You only need paper towels in the tray, and it’s easy to wash off.

Works well
The only thing that sucks is when poop gets on it it’s hard to clean. I have a puppy pad over it to help alleviate any mess so at least they’re getting better at knowing where to go

Not working properly!
It work great the first couple weeks but later when tried to open and close it, the handle broke it is made from plastic not so flexible and now my dog can go and pull out the pee pad, which it was one of the main reason I purchased this product.

Best Invention Ever!!!
We had a pup that would destroy potty pads as soon as you put them down. We thought ok she is a 2lb chihuahua let's put a brick on each corner, she would drag it with the bricks all over her small pin. That didn't stop her. So we went to the store and got a holder they had where they were just a tray and frame and she could chew it up also. So I went on Amazon and looked at different ones. Saw this with the grate on it and decided to give it a try. She took right to it! A little tough to clean the grate if the poop is runny at all but I will use forever. Perfect for the little raptor! No more puppy messes is the best thing ever...

Works great
She doesn't tear up the pee pads no more cause she can't get to it. She pees and poops on it everytime. Easy to clean and change out the pee pads.
