Life Extension Mitochondrial Energy Optimizer with BioPQQ, 120 Capsules

I have used this for a couple of years and it works great and my husband has been taking it for about 6 months now and we love it . We have more energy and can really see the difference in our health. The price is a plus too. I will continue to take this . Thank you Amazon for making this affordable .

I had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for many years and still have occasional bouts of fatigue. This stuff made a huge difference in my energy, and now I don't go a day without it. The dose is four caps a day, but I usually only get around to taking two. I don't recommend taking all four at once, as suggested on the label--it's too much. But two or four a day in divided doses is absolutely worth trying if you have energy problems. (I take ubiquinone with it.)

I am taking the Life Extension Mitochondrial Energy Optimizer-- for four days now.The first day I noticed with a jolt that my vision was sharper. I could read the smallest print easily. It surprised me, especially as I am only taking one pill a day ( the usual dose is four a day) and being careful to take it so it will not interfere with anything else, like the thyroid I take.I also have a lot of spare energy, not nervous energy, but quiet strength type of energy.The next day I realized my neuropathy had vanished. No trace. So my sugar tolerance has improved.Today I did tours all day up and down three flights of stairs. Usually I have to stop and groan and rest. Today I had no pain and a lot of energy all day.Also I am am bit sharper, and remember things a bit better, and am a bit more upbeat. I feel youngerI am sleeping better.So far, I am astonished and look forward to what happens next as time goes on.

Contains soybeans.You should AVOID this product if you're allergic to soybeans. Even though I don't know which ingredient it is that has soybeans, this says it has soybeans in it. I really think this is a good value if you're tired and nothing seems to be working. You do need to keep in mind that this is FOUR capsules per DOSE with one dose per DAY. If you think this is a three month supply, you're mistaken. It will last you one month. If you're not sure you want to spend this much, buy it one month and see if it helps you like it did me. If it does, you'll know where some of your money needs to go. Life Extension makes great products (although some are overly expensive).You may also want to buy CoQ10 (Ubiquinol). It's more potent that ubiquinone forms (better absorption, I believe around 8x times?). Most of the studies I've seen from PQQ include CoQ10 in them (increasing cognitive abilities) if that's what you're after. Ubiquinol is expensive too, though. So, just know what you're getting in to. Ideally, you'd take both products together, but I understand that the expense can be quite daunting.

Wonderful product. I am on this product for the third week and have noticed a big improvement in my energy, mental outlook and just all over well being. I will purchase this product again. I order a lot through Life Extension and really like this company. I definitely will reorder this product and will always deal with Life Extension.

This is probably a very good product. However, a STANDARD DOSE is 4 capsules a day. I took only 1/2 of ONE capsule in the early morning and had COMPLETE insomnia ALL NIGHT that night. I suspect that the cause of the insomnia is the ingredient Vitamin B6, which is 100mg for 4 capsules, which is 5,000 % of the recommended daily. I'm going to try the Life Extension Mitochondrial Basic product, which contains no B vitamins.
