This is the best Kinesiology tape I have used. Tried the KT tape brand and was not happy. This stuff sticks VERY well and stays on. Doesn't last too long on hand/wrist area due to washing dishes. Lasts 3 days or more on my ankles and shoulder areas, even thru showering daily. Will defiantly buy this again. The price is great for 3 rolls!! Only suggestion is if you have sensitive skin, test an area first. My mom tried it for her carpal tunnel and it started itching and burning.

Works just as well as, if not better than, KT Tape or Rock Tape. I have difficulty keeping tapes on and this will last through a couple of days and a couple of showers and still be firmly attached. It is much cheaper than other options and is more than comparable.

I use kinesiology tape regularly on my ankles and knee. The idea behind KT seems to be that it increases circulation and offers some small support of the tissues. I find it keeps ankle swelling down and helps to alleviate pain from inflammation. After having some skin sensitivity to other tapes, I tried FlexU because it's latex free. It does indeed last a long time and will stay on through showers and baths, BUT once it gets wet, the tape will leave behind a lot of adhesive residue when you remove it. Another plus is that this tape sticks to itself, which others do no do. So this tape is really useful for crossing applications - giving a little added oomph on a single spot. Pink or black seem to be the only options - would be nice to have a beige option.

I have arthritis pain and stiffness in my back and hips. This tape is magic. Im not even sure how it works but I use a strip on each outer hip and one on my back and I dance every day doing Zumba,Folk dancing. Tap and Toning. The tapes have given me relief and i'm grateful to have found them.

It works pretty well and doesn’t irritate my skin. It also smells horrible after a work out, like burnt plastic smell.

I've tried a lot of Kinesiology Tapes: FlexU is my favorite by far. It is a bit thicker and sticks longer than others I've tried. It stays on through showers and swimming: usually 3-4 days for me. I don't find that the stretched areas curl and stick to my clothes like thinner brands do. The adhesive comes off fairly cleanly, which is so often not the case. Do make sure that there is no tension on the ends where you attach it or you could end up with blisters. I've been using this for years for both of my knees (osteoarthritis) and my ankles/feet for plantar fasciitis and peroneal tendonitis. I'm a nurse and I'm on my feet for long shifts: this makes them bearable. I definitely notice a reduction in pain and the sensation of support.

I tried this instead of the original KT tape and it didn't work nearly as well. Lots of adhesive residue even using baby oil to remove. Did not aleviate pain. Would not recommend

The only other brand of Kinesiology tape that I have tried is CVS and this brand is far superior. It was simple to apply and adheres nicely to the skin.The package insert shows images several configurations of where to apply but there are no instructions. That was not a problem for me. I just went online and reviewed several sites and videos and followed detailed instructions.The tape separated easily from the backing. Be sure to apply to clean skin w/o lotion or moisturizer.This product is reasonably priced and a good value for the quality.
