I'm not a spurtle fan, at least when it comes to whipping or flipping. But these silicone versions are GREAT when it comes to cleaning out that last little bit of gravy from a pan, or mayo from a jar. This set includes sizes that will fit just about any need (except a catsup bottle), and have the benefit of going through the dishwasher (top shelf) with no problems. Formed in one piece, from top to bottom, there's no little cracks or "seams" for food to seem into. They're very sturdy, and heat resistant. I've found them quite useful.
