I got these to try because I have a hydrocele. I was hoping they would wrap around the enlarged testicle and hold it up, but the pouch seems as though it just doesn't have enough volume to handle the larger package so I get shifted to one side and the channel the drawstring rides in ends up digging in along the side of my groin. It's not too uncomfortable, but you know things aren't hanging right down below. Maybe after I've had the hydrocele repaired and lose the extra volume it will be more comfortable.I do like the adjustable pouch - it seems to be a good idea. I've tried Saxx and the Hanes Total Support and they're OK but not great for me either.

Unlike the briefs version, when you tighten the adjustable pouch, it makes the leggings super tight and is uncomfortable to wear. I wanted to return it, but no free returns either, and shipping is deducted from the refund. I feel burned on this purchase, but I still will buy the brief version as they are very nice to wear.

Really helps with “Sag”! I’m going to get another pair, but with longer legs. Their choices are very confusing to me with versions, material and style. If you’ve never had a pair, you’re basically guessing. They came with no instructions or how to wash. After reading a review about a pair wearing out after 5 washes, I’ve been laundering this pair on the delicate setting and they’ve held up. Bottom line: They work well but are too damn expensive! If you buy 7 pairs you’ll be in the $200 category, that’s robbery. They could at least sell a pack of 3 for a discount.

My husband has always had a difficult time finding underwear that offers comfort and support .He has thick legs so most things on the market are ill fitting. For him these are amazing ,especially in the hot weather . They keep him cool and help with chaffing. I am glad there is finally a market for men to have nice underwear too. It is a small price to pay for comfort.

This would be a product I would buy several of if it weren't for the fact that the pouch cord was placed too far forward for comfortable support. As is, it would be unhealthy to wear these.Also, the bamboo material was spandex, what's with that?

I've gotten other UFM products, and this model seems like anither cheaper brand entirely. Fit was way off from their top tier product. Materials are way skimpy. It's not cheap, either, but feels and wears cheap. Will stick to their better models

UFM website has the newer upgraded version.Definitely will order more! So comfortable and supportive of the "goods". Just wish the strings where shorter.

These are actually 5 XXXL so a giant wouldn't be big enough to wear them - there was no size shown when ordering - absolute rubbish - Ive returned mine for a full refund

Völlig irritierend ist die Größenangabe in der Artikelbeschreibung. Hier wird ja ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass man sich auf die Zahlenangaben beziehen soll. Diese Zahlenangaben beziehen sich aber auf den Taillenumfang und sind in der Maßeinheit Inch. Wer also normalerweise mit 54-56 klarkommt und danach bestellt, erhält ein Riesenteil. Eigentlich sind entgegen der Beschreibung doch eher die Angaben wie XL oder M etc maßgebend.
