Seem to work
They actually seem to work. I'm trying to eat a much more plant based diet these days and need beans/legumes to get enough protein. But the gas/wind I get from them is unbearable and puts me off. I've had a few very bean-heavy meals in the last few days and taken a capsule with the meal and so far so good - massively reduced gas.

IBS reliever for anyone sensitive to beans/pulses or on FODMAP diet
I was recommended this supplement by dietician as all high fermentable foods were triggering IBS. Been in agony for years. These have saved me from the complicated and restrictive FODMAP diet. I can now eat healthier foods without the cramps, trapped wind and diarrhoea. The capsules are not huge like some supplements, so easy to swallow. Literally changed my life. Highly recommend.

IS IT A WINDY DAY?!!!!
I have quite bad digestive problems especially with green foods beans onions nuts etc. and these days after what promises to be a lovely by meal for everyone else, invariably for me the result if feel very full and bloated within often less than 30 mins of eating no matter what I’ve already picked out and left on my plate. I was chatting with a friend recruiter fly who lives in USA who has or had a similar problem but who had discovered a very similar OTC capsule/medication that helps them with their problem - very similar to mine. I looked up theirs and the contents and compared with the capsules on review here. They seem to me to be pretty much the same. The difference here being that for the money these BeanAssist Capsule are a fraction of the cost of those my friend uses but of course I cannot mention names etc of these. With the BA Assist you get just 30 caps. to use up to 1x3 times daily with main meals. The others do have 150 tabs I don’t know the dosesge info etc snd so obviously used to compare but I do know they’re at least 4 times more costly than BeanAssist. I only started trying them yestetday when I went out for lunch. Decided to have a fresh green salad side with my main which included a nut roast roast potato’s green cooked veggies etc etc enjoyed every ounce of it something I’ve not done for a long time. Nothing left on my plate! I was chancing it!! I had a long drive home - I stayed awake all the way (I wasn’t driving)!!! I didn’t feel full up. I wasn’t feeling bloated full of horrible cramps windy pain at all. And every one commented on how well id eaten. Three courses with many of the items I’ve always had to avoid eaten enjoyed and still feeling great. All amazing after just one capsule !!! I couldn't really believe it I still don’t and today no bad tummy cramps all well. I’ll let you know after I’ve used these for S week or two but st present if I’ve managed to have such a trduky after my first try then I DO RECOMMEND! But I should say that if you suffer with anything more serious than IBS which can be so painful in itself, please do consult your GP before taking this or any similar medication. The ingredients I believe all pure and natural but please check with hour doctor before trying any new medication especially if you’re already using prescribed meds from your doctor/consultant

Broken seal
I bought this product few times, because it seemed to me that it improved digestion. (Improvement wasn't very big but at least something). This time it arrived with broken seal and I think it's not safe to use it

It seems to work :)
I was a bit sceptical of its claims, (although ingesting a missing enzyme to process food does make perfect sense). But in the tests I've done, there was a noticeable positive effect. It helps with beans and cabbage. I've not tried on other culprits yet :D
