Good product that's easy to install.
Very easy to install to standard extension columns. The adjustment knobs made adjusting the image a breeze. My projector only needed three of the arms and it feels very secure. I didn't flush mount to a surface but I imagine it would be similarly easy.

Blood pressure Machine
The blood pressure machine working well.

Works, not ideal when working with smaller projectors (think Epson standard office mobile sizes with three mounting holes).
Difficult to attach smaller projectors, especially ones with 3 mounting holes and still get the frame centered.
