Neuro-Balance 620 mg 120 caps

I take 2 capsules upon arising and mid-morning. If I need to really push into the late evening I may take two more late afternoon. It is a good substitute for caffine for me; a much healthier alternative. I am very satisfied with Montiff-Nero Balance. This my second purchase.
