A very interesting read about a theory of the central cause of most human illnesses, with some very valuable tips on how to heal. This book brought me much needed hope about the outlook of my own terminal illness, and provides practical guidance as to how to achieve general healing. I also found that many of the citations were very useful and informative.Loved it!

This book definitely makes you think! Dr. Eliza offers insightful comments as well as practical hands-on advice. Excellent reading for those with a recent diagnosis, but also for those who wish to avoid one.

The paperback has 280+ pages and the spine is VERY stiff, so the book doesn't open very well. And the inner margin is too narrow for a book of that length. So you have to keep readjusting your hold on the book with every page, to be able to read easily read all the way to the right on the left-hand pages, and to begin all the way to the left on the right-hand pages. The hardback is probably better in that respect. Good information, no doubt. Will probably get the Kindle version.

This book is beautifully written by a gentle, caring, loving scientist, you can FEEL his intent as you turn each page. It is a warm, easy read but highly informative. Every time I see it lying on a table, I want to pick it up. It is as if written by Hippocrates himself, no harm inflicted with dangerous drugs, LET FOOD BE YOUR MEDICINE AND MEDICINE BE YOUR FOOD. The work invested in his healing program is enormous.

I've been searching for a book to explain what is causing illness and sickness as well as how to help ourselves prevent it from happening. I was guided to Dr Eliaz's site where he has lots of great information so I bought the book. Since then we have ordered his products and our health has improved significantly. Whether you are healthy or not, or know someone who needs help, this book will help them. Its easy to read and I recommend the base supplements to take to reduce inflammation. It will change your life for the better.
