Great quality
Have another Intignis frying pan with a lid and have been so impressed with it I jumped at the chance for another smaller but this time ceramic coated one when it came at a fabulous price. Arrived promptly and well packaged. No complaints from me. Unreservedly recommend the brand. Thank you.

So far so good
So far so good. Nice non stick properties, but I always give it a wipe with cooking oil before and after use. The pan isn't heavy, which was disappointing as I prefer heavier pans, so only 4 stars due to the weight, 5 for everything else. The trick to these non stick pans is, don't have the pan on high heat or the handle will get as hot as hell and burn your hand off, and it also ruins the non stick properties. With these pans your reall don't need the heat higher than low. Once its heated up on half heat setting for a couple of minutes, then turn down to low. I cook on gas and the handle has only ever just got warm while using it, so the person that left a bad review saying its no good for gas cooking, it is, you just have to use it on a ring the right size, and the correct temperature. If you use any non stick pan on high heat, the non stick quickly turns into needing a chissel to pry your food from the base bringing the coating with it (from past experiences with other non stick pans and a hubby that thinks cooking on high will cook it quicker) I really can't understand why people insist on having the heat so high, unless you like the outsides burnt and everything dried out and curled up. If that's the case, invest in cast iron frying pans, you can take a flame thrower to them without much damage 😁 I have their extra large pan with lid, silicon heat indicator in the handle and stone like interior, had it for ages and its versatile, from a frying pan, to wok, or casserole pot. I love it and wish they did ones the same size as this with the same interior. Cleaning non stick .... The only time I use soap on these pans is if i have used tomato based dishes that can stain the inside, then give the inside a rub over with cooking oil after. The rest of the time, I use only hot water and then dry with a clean cloth while still warm, just like you would with cast iron. Never put them into cold water after use, let them go cold on the hob as plunging them into cold water will start the non stick separating from the pan.

Good Frying Pan - non stick didn’t last!
Eggs and omelettes slid out without lifting. Good even heat. Plus was the metal handle making it grill and oven proof. Update on item after using a couple of times a week for the past 8 weeks. Everything now sticks to this pan. The coating still looks in perfect condition has been washed and looked after as per instructions but is now definitely not non stick. Things literally have to be scraped from the pan. First impressions were great, but I have been bitterly disappointed in its performance over time.

Very good!
But I am not sure if the handle supposedly hot? If someone can let me know.

Over time the pan loses its non-stick capability
Treated this pan like a baby having found other similar products lost their non-stick capability. However, sad to say this one went the same and now just sticks. Disappointed.Pay more for a better one.

Great little pan
Bought this to go from hob to oven. Non stick and easy to clean. Would recommend.

Good value
I've marked the pan down a star as the handle let's it down, it's not comfortable to hold and it does get quite warm. The pan itself is very good, non stick and easy clean.I

Not suitable for gas hobs
It is not suitable for gas hobs, the handle gets scorching hot, it is unsafe. The description is misleading.
