Vista Collection NY Luggage 20” Carry-on Expandable Spinner Trolley with pocket for computer (Blue)

I returned this the next day. My laptop roller bag gave out, so I wanted to replace it with something "sturdy" for a bit of protection for camera gear and other items I carry on. I ordered 2 different hard sided, spinner carry-ons, both the same size - this one and a Delsey. This was received first but I had it reboxed and ready for return before even seeing the Delsey. I did not feel it was any where worth the price - the outside was scratched up (though the blue color was pretty) - the handle seemed very flimsy and I doubted it would last very long - the wheels were single and and they felt, and looked cheap - the zipper tabs were in the locked position, I assume the instructions were on the inside, I never got it open to find out. I liked the front opening and the pockets in it, but I didn't feel this would hold up for much travel. This carry-on would probably be okay for someone not traveling a whole lot, not going very far, or not having much carry-on; but we travel a lot and I wanted something more sturdy. Had this been about half the price, I might have kept it just to try it out, but at this price point I expected more.

I really like the laptop pocket and the hard case protections. The bag came with a nice protection cover if you don't want to get too many scratches on the suitcase. I did not give it 5 stars because the handle is a bit flimsy and the zippers for the big compartment require a bit of a tug to unzip at the top. For the price, I am happy and it serves the purpose of carry on for my 3 to 4 day weekend trips.

When the case/spinner arrived I was pleasantly surprised as how well packed it was; Film over much of the case; It even came with a cloth storage sleeve. As Advertised it has a great pocket for my 15" laptop. The other side has a compartment which has elastic straps to keep clothes in place. Various other compartments for things there as well. The main compartment zippers are lockable into a TSA supported combination lock. This case is so easy to maneuver. Everyone who sees me with the case has remarked how attractive and easy to manage it seems. I am on very satisfied customer.

My new, blue Vista Collection NY Luggage 20" carry-on is well built, light weight, and very attractive. It arrived on time. When I could not get it unlocked because the zipper on the main compartment was locked down with a combination lock with which I was not familiar, I emailed the factory - Bo Toys and Gifts. Their representative emailed me back an hour and a half later. That quick response really surprised me, because it was a Saturday. She told me what to do to open the luggage, and with that information l immediately got the lock open. When I was no longer was going berserk about the lock, I found the little card of directions in one of the other pockets. The carry-on is great, and I highly recommend the company.

4 months and 2 short trips (one via plane and one by car) later and things are falling apart.The plastic piece that holds the front flap/compartment together (front pocket for the laptop) is coming undone. It was only glued by a small amount of glue and apparently could not sustain regular use.The handle is now even more wobbly and doesn't always stay the night I need it to.I was so hopeful for this product, but sadly it did not perform as expected. Will have to repair and sell.Will be bringing something more durable.

I travel a LOT & this suitcase is fantastic! It’s lightweight yet sturdy and extremely roomy inside!It rolls smooth & quiet and the expandable handle is comfortable and strong. The easy access computer pocket is a huge bonus & adds so much value! I’ve used this as a carry-on for domestic & international flights & a checked bag for European hops. I highly recommend it!

I really liked this suitcase. It was a great size and protected my laptop well. I did have to return the first one I received as the zipper on the front pocket was malfunctioning and coming undone when zipped shut. I'm hopeful the replacement one will work properly.

Nice suitcase, easy to pack, with lots of extras and it rolls well. So thrilled, I want to change out all of my luggage now. Very slick design as well
