Good
I bought this for my 2.5 year old son. His attention span is quite short, so he doesn’t have the patience to create patterns from it. My older son (9) enjoys this more. I think he finds it quite therapeutic. It’s made out of sturdy material and the magnets work very well. I would recommend for ages 6 upwards. Although, if gifting to a younger child, there are no loose pieces to worry about. I enjoy using this too, shame it’s not larger as I’d love to create a large picture. But that’s just my own preference.

Broke within a day
Within 1 day one of the magnetic balls became stuck in the board and cannot be moved. Real shame because my child really liked it. She was not rough or heavy handed with it, so clearly not really fit for purpose. (Bought 2 boards and the other is fine so far)

Wasn't any good for my child's ability
My child (with special needs) found it hard using the magnets to play and create, it doesn't flow very easily. It's only smooth and quick when your pushing the magnets back down with the pen. This caused more frustration and upset then fun unfortunately.
