Good size with nice design
I have used several rice warmers but this one is my favorite. I like its size with handle design. It is not tall but wide which is good for the rice to be hot all over. And its handle helps to protect the user when using.

Excellent for family reunions
Huge volume. Besides rice, this is also great for larger soup dishes for parties, etc. It’s heavy, so a bit tricky to transport at times, but very durable. Easier to warm up soup or fix dishes on site in my experience. Great for commercial use but also nice for home use or family reunions. You can heat up heftier servings of chicken and dumplings and have leftovers. Simple to clean. Excellent quality. I can easily Control temperature etc and tastes great.

Terrible Rice Cooker
After 6 hours the rice becomes really hot and sour. It becomes soggy wet and sour.
