I’m a heavy-drinker of herbal tea! I often fast for up to 22 hours & can only drink water or milk less tea - so consume plenty of fluid throughout the day. I came across these tea bags & I’m so happy I did. At first I tried the chamomile and was amazed at how the bags are full of as much of the flower/herb as possible - you can actually see the flowers, not just the dust like other tea bags. The flavour is strong enough to re-use or top up. The taste is just as it should be. I then began ordering the other flavours & they’re all so good! Highly recommend trying these. I’m sure they’re having a positive effect on my health too - just as nature intended.

I've no objection to the flavour of this tea but I can't say that I noticed any appreciable benefit to the chamomile, which is often claimed to assist sound sleep.
