Ressured they are adjustable, which they are, the minimum length they can be adjusted to is a whopping ONE METER, (1M) ie far to long for a normal bicycle luggage carrier. tshhh

I use these for work they are good quality and strong

We're using these (for the past year or so) to secure a tarpaulin to the roof of our chicken coop. Before we had these straps, no matter how well we tied the tarpaulins down by their rings, in high winds they would also become damaged. Now we tie them down AND use these straps over the top. There is enough flexibility that it moves a little with the wind, but secure enough to stop it moving to an extreme that would damage the tarpaulin. Very happy with these.

These hold my bike as an extra layer of security to a fork mount on my roof rack. They’re perfect because I have eyelets on my bars.Adjustment is easy and they have good stretch / retention.I also carry kayaks on the roof and these have secured them too!Surprising good!
