Too bad...
the first time we purchased this product, the remote and receiver would not pair and we sent it back. We decided to place an order for another one hoping that the issue with the first one was just a glitch. We were able to get them to pair after a couple of attempts but that only lasted for a few hours and then the would not pair again after many attempts. Too bad, out of all the available collars (regardless of price) this had everything we wanted if it had worked.

Excellent! User friendly.
This collar has worked very well for our dog. I like the ease of use and ability to quickly change between correction modes. The static shock intensity is able to be adjusted. One thing I have learned is to be sure the collar has been woken up from its "sleep" state or your pet may not get that first initial correction. I simply press the sound button before I apply the collar to be sure it responds.
