Good product at good price
I have only used the steam facility and it is very easy to use. It generates a lot of steam quite quickly. I am happy with the product.

Love this cooker
Love this cooker, waiting for 3-weeks finally received this cooker. Only one thing disappointed me is the touch screen is scratch.

Great steam oven
As a steam oven it functions fantastically well, comparable to the now discontinued Miele countertop version at a fraction of the price. And it’s a proper steam oven (for East Asian food) rather than an oven that has a steam nozzle aimed at them item you’re baking.There are 2 issues with the listing description which is why I didn’t give this a 5/5.1. The rotary spit is only available with the 31L model, which is not described in the listing. I don’t ever intend to use this so I don’t really care, but this may be a deal breaker for you.2. This model comes with a EU 2 prong plug. Despite the listing claim of “Please be advised that this device comes with a licensed EU to UK converter plug attached. Therefore, we will open the package and pre-install it for your convenience prior to shipping”, this isn’t true and the oven comes shipped from Germany, so if you want this sorted it’s gonna be a right faff to ship back. Thankfully I had a EU to UK converter handy so I could use this on day 1.

Not as described at all
This item came with no design for the rotary spit! No rotary spit or handle and no EU to UK adaptor so was not even able to plug it in anyway! I have read many reviews on the Amazon website and have seen many comment on the failure of the rotary spit! It seems Klarstein have decided to change the design and the rotary spit is only available in larger models according to the manual that came with the product! I tried to communicate with Klarstein over this issue but pretty much ignored what I said.Took well over a week to get them to provide return documents and prepaid international postage labels! The invoice they sent to include inside the box stated the pre VAT cost of the and now find that they have only refunded this amount. (£175.32) I bought this item at £262.99 and got a 20% off voucher so actually paid £210.39! So despite them sending an item different to the description, missing items and the screen being covered in light scratches so obviously not a brand new product I have left £35.07 out of pocket and now have to raise an A to Z claim via Amazon!Avoid this company is the best advice I can give!

Good customer service but poor product quality
I was extremely disappointed to have received a broken one whose control knob came off from the main body making it useless. I wanted to give it just one star for the hassles of bringing a 25kg oven to a post office for return! Having said that, I am grateful to its quick delivery with good package and the attentive customer service team whose service made the return and full refund smooth and efficient.Please be advised that this seller does not provide return pickup service for the U.K. customers.

It's not light, very heavy
Tank Has to be filled with water to operate, steam function excellent if you don't mind your windows steaming up. Cleans itself, and good all rounder, developed a fault after only 10 months, klarstein not interested in fixing the problem, may have to scrap it and purchase a better quality machine.
