Auauna Portable Compact Mini Twin Tub Washing Machine (8-9lbs Capacity & Spin Dryer)

When we got the washer, there was some water drops in the tank. It seemed to be used before sold to us.Water leaked from the bottom at the first use. Luckily, the customer service was good. The item was easily returned.

This item arrived on time, I have used it several times. It worked fine. My only cons were my drain hose had a hole in it And I wish the spinner was bigger.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! The spin timer has never worked. Also, this machine leaks so bad it flooded my bathroom after only a handful of times of use. It was stored in the closet most of the time, it was purchased mainly for spring and summer boating and camping. We haven't had a chance to use it for that as we got it Dec 30. I took it out and used it a couple of days ago to make sure it was working as we have a fishing trip planned for mothers day weekend. It started leaking from where the drain hose attaches to the machine at the bottom, not just a little, but bad enough to flood my master bathroom. I emailed the seller and was told it had been over 3 months and they could not help me and ACTUALLY asked "could you please ask someone to fix it for you?". Really???? NO. I'm not paying someone to fix an obvious manufacturer defect! I can't get over that. Terrible product and terrible customer Service.

I have been looking for a small washing machine for some time now. I did a TON of research and combed through every review I possibly could before deciding to go with this machine. At the time there were no reviews to be found anywhere about this product, but I liked the look of it (I got the black one) and the dimensions were exactly what I needed for my space. I took a leap of faith not really knowing what I would receive.It came very quickly and arrived a day early. It only took one load and I was in LOVE. The hose comes with an extension and has an end that will actually fit on a faucet (I have read that others have a big problem with this) also it has a motor to pump out the water! I was not expecting that at all! I have been using for about 3 weeks and it has handled everything I have thrown at it- including a load of 4 beach towels! The spinner gets the clothes very close to dry so I can hand them and they are ready to go in a few hours. The machine is a little noisey, but no more so than a regular size washer and dryer.Overall 5 out of 5- Great purchase for a great price!
